PSAT/SAT is April 9th!

The SAT, PSAT 10 and PSAT 8/9 will be given at CHS on Tuesday, April 9th.  Please remember to charge your SCHOOL issued chromebook FULLY CHARGED and bring your charging cord with you to school that day. Many students have taken advantage of test prep courses and other resources in order to prepare. However, if you have not, there is still time! Beginning this year, these exams are all digital on a student’s Chromebook. Students can access practice resources on their Chromebook by opening the Bluebook app and logging in with their College Board account information.

Seniors who have taken the SAT will not be testing and will not be attending school April 9th.

Other than lunch (school lunch is available that day) and a water bottle, you will need a pencil for testing. All other items should be left at home. Students will not be able to access their lockers during testing time.

Tests are timed and students are required to stay for the whole testing period. Students with the accommodation of extended time must remain for the duration of that time.

Phones and smart watches will be turned off and put away during testing, if a phone or watch goes off during testing this is a test irregularity and will cancel the assessment for that student or room.

Testing room assignments will be posted in the commons and outside Student Services (by ID number) on Friday, April 5th. Students will have a variety of activities after testing, plus lunch and Academic Advisory time.

Students may sign up for additional test dates directly through the College Board website.
